This is the second that I utilized Andy's services. He offered some great advice on what to fix up on the house to get it ready for photographs. Kim Thach, who is on his team, was also a lifesaver. I was already working and living out of state so she helped with letting people in the house to do repairs needed before the close and also to help coordinate moving my stuff to New Jersey. Andy and his team definitely delivered!

Fantastic working with Andy Peters and In Lloyd. I am an out of state investor based in California, and even though I have never set foot outside of the Atlanta airport, I felt completely confident in investing in a rental property through this team. They helped me learn about the different areas of NE Atlanta suburbs, and did upwards of 20 video walkthrough for me. One of the most valuable parts was being able to work directly with In, as he would be the property manager afterwards. He was able to give accurate rent estimates so that I could run the numbers to decide what to offer. Since purchasing the property, it has been hassle-free under In's property management. Wow 2020 was a good year! Said no one ever except of course if you were fortunate enough to buy a house like me. I could not have done it without the expertise and knowledge of my RE agent Andrew Peters and his team. This was my first time buying a house so I was very naive to the whole process but Andy really took the time to inform me on everything I should know about the process and the area. This was in the middle of a pandemic, and I was all the way across the country in California, looking in Georgia. Not only was Andy very accommodating and responsive but he went out of his way to indulge me with facetime tours for houses with no virtual tour available. I love my home and I am forever grateful to Andy.
